What we are and aren’t up to…

I’ve gotten a few instant messages lately asking if the team is still active and it has been awhile since we’ve posted anything new so I can understand. So I figured I should let everyone know what we are and aren’t up to.

No plans have been made for the next Event Horizon movie so we aren’t actively trying to land new tricks but that is not to say we aren’t getting demos here and there and shooting ideas to each other. We like to have something to release each year for you guys but being that team tricking takes multiple people it makes it hard to get everyone together for long enough to land content. We rushed Event Horizon 3 because of a short demo deadline and it pretty much took the fun out of it, so we are taking things slower this time around.

We’ve talked about doing a documentary type film with commentary from me and few other players about the team and the Event Horizon movies. There is a lot of history and story behind the team that most people don’t even know exist that we think people would like to see. Some very rough footage and audio was put together so we could get an idea for a project like this and it was pretty amazing. Nothing is final for this project but it is definitely something we are thinking about.

Another idea we had, would be to create short 5 to 6 minute films and release them in between big projects.

I’d personally like to bring back the podcast episodes but I haven’t talked to much with the team about this but I’d love to know what you guys think. Feel free to give us some feedback on all this in the comments.

Defrag World Cup:

Some of the team members are participating in the Defrag World Cup that is going on right now. So best of luck to them and kicking some ass. Last year team members nebuLa and KiD won the Derfrag World Cup in the the team section.
